Three promises, in plain language.
Seven-day spot-free guarantee
If visible spotting or residue caused by our cleaning appears within seven days, we’ll return and re-clean the affected panels at no charge.
5-year bird-proofing workmanship guarantee
If the mesh we installed loosens, detaches, or creates an entry gap because of our workmanship within 5 years, we’ll return and repair it at no charge.
Property cleanup promise
If we leave removed debris or installation materials behind, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return to clean it up.
Written terms
What the guarantee covers.
The guarantee covers Aurix’s cleaning result and our installation workmanship: that the panels are visibly clean and spot-free when we finish, and that the mesh we fitted stays fitted. It is not a performance warranty. We do not guarantee a level of electrical output, a specific saving, or that birds will never return to the property.
- The visible cleanliness of the panels we cleaned, for seven days after the visit.
- The workmanship of any bird-proofing mesh we installed, for 5 years from installation.
- Removal of debris and installation materials we generated, reported within 24 hours.
- A return visit at no charge when any of the above is not met.
How to make a claim

- 02Tell us what you are seeing and, where you can, send a photo of it.
- 03We book a return visit. No forms, no claim number, and no argument about whether it was there before.
Exclusions
What it does not cover.
Stated up front rather than buried, because a guarantee nobody can rely on is worse than none.
- Extreme weather and storm damage
- Roof or solar-panel modifications made after our work
- Damage caused by animals
- Work performed by another contractor
- Pre-existing roof, panel, or mounting defects
- Areas outside the contracted installation perimeter
- Customer interference with the installed mesh
- Active nests that cannot legally be disturbed
Also worth saying plainly
This is a workmanship guarantee, not a performance warranty. Keeping an array clean lets it work the way it was designed to, but we do not guarantee a level of electrical output, a specific saving, or that birds will never return to your property. The Solar Protection Assessment is a visual inspection of what we can see and safely reach. It is not an electrical, roofing, wildlife, engineering, or professional system inspection, and it does not assess how your system is performing.
We also never remove or disturb active nests, birds, eggs, or young. Read the active-nest policy.
