Why we started
Most solar cleaning is done fast and forgotten.
We kept hearing the same thing from homeowners across the valley: somebody came, hosed the panels down, and left. No photos. No idea what the array actually looked like before. No mention of the droppings and nesting debris sitting on the roof underneath it, because nobody had looked.
Aurix was built to be the opposite of that. Every solar visit runs the same four-step sequence: assess the system, inspect the contamination, inspect for bird activity, then document all of it with photographs and a Solar Care Grade before anyone quotes a price.
Over 400 jobs later, the model has not changed. Same crew, same sequence, same guarantee. If the panels spot within seven days or our bird-proofing mesh loosens because of our workmanship within 5 years, we come back and fix it free.
How we work
Four things we do not compromise on.
Insured and documented
Full liability coverage on every job, a certificate on request before we start, and before-and-after photographs of what we found and what we left.
The details others skip
Tracks vacuumed and flushed. Screens labeled so they go back where they came from. Frames and sills wiped. It is what separates a cleaning from a detail.
Guaranteed, without argument
Spotting on panels we cleaned within seven days, or bird-proofing mesh that loosens because of our workmanship within 5 years, and we come back and fix it free.
Straight answers on what is possible
Keeping an array clean lets it work as designed, and over a system you own for decades that pays for itself. What we will not do is quote you a percentage before we have seen your roof, or promise that birds will never come back. We tell you what we can actually deliver before you pay, not after.

“We couldn’t be happier with our permanent Christmas lights! From the initial installation to the finished product, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was fast, reliable, professional, and demonstrated an incredible work ethic throughout the project. One of the things we love most is that the lights are practically invisible from the street during the day, yet absolutely beautiful when illuminated at night.”

Permanent Lighting
“I hired Aurix Luxury to install some permanent holiday lights on my house and it is one of the best things I have ever done to the house. No more climbing a ladder, and I can celebrate all the holidays by a touch on my phone. A few weeks later I noticed a couple of lights had detached from the eave of the roof. I called them and within days they were reattached and reinforced.”
